Morning: Buddha Park & Friendship Bridge

09:00 AM | Hotel Pickup & Departure: Your guide/driver will meet you to begin the journey south of the city.

09:45 AM | Buddha Park (Wat Xieng Khuan): Explore this famous open-air park filled with over 200 Buddhist and Hindu sculptures. Marvel at the giant reclining Buddha and climb the pumpkin-shaped structure for a view over the entire park.

11:30 AM | Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge: Take a walk on the first bridge to connect Laos and Thailand. This is a significant landmark representing the connection between the two nations across the Mekong River.

12:30 PM | Local Flavor Lunch: Stop at a popular local eatery to enjoy a steaming bowl of Lao Pho (Noodle Soup). This is a staple of Vientiane cuisine, served with a large platter of fresh herbs, lime, and local chili paste.

Afternoon: Spiritual Landmarks & Monuments

02:00 PM | Patuxay (Victory Gate): Visit Vientiane's most prominent landmark. Inspired by the Arc de Triomphe but adorned with intricate Lao motifs, it stands as a monument to those who fought for independence.

03:00 PM | Wat Sisaket: Explore the oldest temple in Vientiane that remains in its original form. It is famous for its cloister walls which house thousands of tiny silver and ceramic Buddha images.

04:00 PM | Wat Simeuang: Conclude your tour at the city’s most spiritually significant site. This temple houses the "city pillar" and is where locals come to pray for good luck and blessings. You may see traditional baci ceremonies taking place here.

05:00 PM | Return: Transfer back to your hotel or the riverside area
